What?
It's a combination of letters, digits and the “_” sign that you enter when logging in to Steam. If you enter the wrong login, the money will go to another user with that login, or come back to you if no such login exists.
If you top up a Steam wallet for the first time, its region may change to Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan or another, and the currency to $, ₸ or other CIS currencies. Then prices for Steam's in-house items will be shown in the account's currency rather than your region's. To avoid this, follow the instructions:
1. Log in to your Steam account in a browser or the app. Do not use a VPN — otherwise the account's home region will change and Steam item prices will be in another currency.
2. Add at least two free games to the account. For example, PUBG and Dota 2. You can add games via the Steam library in the smartphone app.
3. Play the added games for at least 2-3 hours.
4. Top up the account with the minimum amount — 350 ₽.
